FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Taylor’s Dream becomes a reality today.

The official groundbreaking for the handicapped friendly Boundless Playground is this afternoon.

Taylor wanted to create a playground where children with disabilities could play.
