UNITED STATES, Ind. (21Alive) -- Many were wondering why a girl would post a video of her dancing that ended with her in flames. It took the internet by storm and by now over 9 million people have seen the video.

It was supposedly of Caitlin Heller of Kansas City doing a twerking handstand and then crashing into a glass coffee table and catching on fire. According to the poster of the video, who was allegedly the girl herself, she was trying to make a sexy video to get things a little hot with her boyfriend.

Talk shows nationwide tried to get in touch with the girl to discuss the video and then Monday night, Jimmy Kimmel got the interview. But the interview quickly turned into an admission that the video was a prank. It had been filmed months prior and the girl turns out to be a stunt woman named Daphne Avalon.

Kimmel admits that they posted the video simply to YouTube. The show didn't tweet about it or promote the video in anyway, proving the power of a viral video.
