Three Arrested in Warsaw Business Raid

Three men were arrested after Warsaw police raided an Atwood business Friday afternoon.

Just before 3 p.m. Friday afternoon, Warsaw Police along with undercover Kosciusko County Sheriff's raided Atwood Auto Sales. Officers located a number of pills, schedule I narcotics, and a small amount of marijuana.

Officers also detained and arrested three people who were in the store at the time.

Todd Alan Swanson, 47, the owner of the business, was preliminarily charged with a felony possession of a schedule I narcotic as well as being additionally charged with felony maintaining a common nuisance.

Swanson's son Todd James Swanson, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Travis James Johnson was, 36, was also arrested and preliminarily charged with visiting a common nuisance.

Both father and son Swanson have since posted bond. Johnson remains at the Kosciusko County Jail.
