Toys-For-Tots: Nearly $17K Raised To Help Under-Privileged Kids (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (NBC33) -- Employees of the Dana Corporation and Meijer have once again teamed up with the local Marine Corps for the annual "Toys For Tots" program.

Local heroes spent the morning shopping for toys for under-privileged children in Allen County. Dana workers raised $7,000 which was matched by Dana Corp.

Meijer added $3,000 bringing the total money raised to nearly $17,000.

Toy donations are being accepted at Kroger and Walgreens locations until December 15th. All donations must be newly wrapped.
