Trial Date Set For FW Police Officer Charged With Sexual Misconduct (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The trail for Fort Wayne police officer Mark Rogers is set for April 15th.

Rogers has been placed on unpaid leave after being charged with sexual misconduct and false informing.

According to court documents, the 19-year police veteran was working a special OWI enforcement patrol on September 1st. He reportedly picked up a woman who had passed out in her car and allegedly coerced her into having sex with him on a park bench.
