WASHINGTON (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Congress is on its way to helping unemployed veterans find new jobs.
The Senate passed a bill Thursday to give tax credits to companies that hire disabled vets who have been unemployed for at least 6-months.
The bill will also improve job training and counseling opportunities.
