INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- All but one person injured in the stage collapse that were eligible to receive a portion of the state's $5 million tort fund have accepted the settlement.

According to the Indiana Attorney General's office, 64 of the 65 claimants have accepted the settlement offer.

Now that the final list of accepted offers has been calculated, the state auditor's office will begin the process of issuing payments by check or electronic funds transfer.
