Voter Fraud Charges To Stand Against Ind. Secretary Of State White

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - It's looking more likely that the Indiana Recount Commission will appeal a judge's ruling to reconsider the validity of Charlie White's candidacy for the Republican Secretary of State seat.

The commission has not filed a formal appeal with a Marion County court but has given official notice that they intend to.

They are arguing felony indictments against White alleging voter fraud should disqualify him from being a candidate.
