INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A State House Committee passed and sent to the full House a “voyeurism measure” designed to prohibit taking “lewd photographs” or “video” of people in public.

Republican State Senator Tom Wyss of Fort Wayne sponsored the bill.

This stems from the case of David DeLagrange of Fort Wayne, who was accused of shooting video up women's skirts in Indianapolis.
