Where Does the School Voucher Lawsuit Stand?

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Although a judge denied a temporary injunction of the school voucher law, the constitutionality of the law has yet to be decided.

Indiana State Attorney General Greg Zoeller was in Wednesday and Indiana’s NewsCenter took the opportunity to check on the status of the School Voucher Lawsuit not that is making its way though the Indiana court system.
