WASHINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - President Obama says he won't release the post-mortem images of Osama bin Laden.
Several photographs were taken during the siege including one of the al Qadea leader lying in his compound, one at a U.S. base and then on the deck of an aircraft carrier.
But the White House says President Obama decided there was nothing to be gained from releasing any of them stating "there's too much risk and too little benefit.
Officials believe that by releasing the gruesome photos doubters of bin Laden's death would not be silenced and troops stationed overseas could be endangered by terrorist retaliation.
Ten computers, numerous thumb drives and other information taken from Osama bin Laden's compound are currently being analyzed by a special CIA task force.
