Whitley County Official Arrested

South Whitley, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A Whitley County Official has been arrested on official misconduct and battery charges.

Indiana State Police Officers arrested 74-year-old Roland King of South Whitley following a month long investigation.

Police say complaints were made about King inappropriately touching three women at the Cleveland Township Trustee's Office.

King is the elected township trustee and was released on a $40,500 bond Monday afternoon.
