Woman Charged In Hit-And-Run with Police Car

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne woman faces criminal charges for causing a collision that left an Allen County sheriff's deputy injured

Jennifer Foley has been charged with failure to stop after an accident resulting in serious bodily injury.

According to court documents, Foley pulled out in front of a squad car on Dupont Road September 3rd.

The deputy was taken to the hospital in serious condition at the time but has since recovered.
