Women's Bureau Of Fort Wayne Now Holds A Guinness World Record

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The most people, running a mile in high heels!

It’s official; the Women's Bureau of Fort Wayne now holds a Guinness Book record after 967 people participated in the September fundraiser.

Event coordinators said over $108,000 was raised to help break the cycle of sexual assault in northeast Indiana.

Indiana's NewsCenter is a proud sponsor of the annual "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" day.
