Wyss Sponsoring Bill To Prohibit State Agencies Doing Business With Iran

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- State Senator Tom Wyss is sponsoring a bill prohibiting state government agencies from entering into contracts with other businesses investing in Iran.

The bill passed out of committee and now goes before the full State Senate for consideration.

Wyss introduced the bill in response to western nations including the United States having toughened sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program.
