IRVING, Tx. (www.incnow.tv) --- A labor dispute a thousand miles away could cost Hoosiers their jobs.

Hostess Brands, makers of Twinkies, SuzyQ's and Wonder Bread, is on the brink of taking legal action if striking union workers do not return to work.

Hostess operates nearly 30 facilities nationwide. More than 800 have jobs with Hostess in Indiana.

The Texas based company is giving an ultimatum to their union workers nationwide. By close of business Thursday, the company will file a motion and liquidate the entire company if workers continue to strike. If the liquadation takes place 18,000 jobs will be lost nationwide.
