FORT WAYNE, Ind., (Indiana's NewsCenter)-- Whether it's running, biking or getting through everyday life, energy is a key component to our success.
And getting that energy may be as simple as changing the foods we eat.
In this Fort 4 Fitness segment, our trainer Dr. Jamey Gordon and nutrition expert Dr. Jeff Gladd, walk us through what kind of foods are best both before and during our workouts.
This year's Fort-4-Fitness festival takes place at Parkview Field, September 25th and 26th, and will once again feature more than just races.
Both F4F races are already sold out but the Health Fair and Healthy Food Expo will also take place that Friday and Saturday. Both are free and open to the public.
