New York, New York (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A New York hotel maid has gone public about her sexual assault accusations against former International Monetary Fund head Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
32-year old Nafissatou Diallo told ABC News and "Newsweek" that Strauss-Kahn forced himself on her in his hotel room in May. The woman also insisted she's telling the truth.
The case has been on shaky ground since prosecutors found evidence questioning Diallo's credibility in the case.
That led to Strauss-Kahn being released from house arrest this month, but he still faces charges.
