(Fort Wayne, IN) -- As you get our child ready to go back to school, don't forget an important component: up-to-date immunizations.

In addition to early childhood vaccines, like measles, mumps and rubella, kids starting kindergarten or first grade need to provide proof of recieving the chicken pox and Hepatitis "B" vaccines.

And even if your children are older, they need to meet certain requiremnets as well.

High school seniors must have had the Hepatitis B vaccine in order to graduate.

Super Shot and the Allen County health department clinics provide all childhood immunizations, free.
