FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - In a typical winter, it seems as though our bodies adapt to the cold weather. So when we get a 50° day in January, it feels much warmer than a 50° day in July. It turns out, that's not the case. There have been extensive studies done on this.
