FW Pet Food Pantry Holds Annual Fundraiser (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) – Do you really need a reason to have free ice cream? You’ll have a reason Sunday at the Summer Pup-nic and Ice Cream Social where you can help the Fort Wayne Pet Food Pantry raise money.

Organizers say all the proceeds go to buy over 1500 pounds of dog and cat food to serve to owners in need.

The fundraiser was hosted by Eric Defreeuw of NBC33 and Scoop the NBC dog.
