FORT WAYNE, Ind. (NBC33) - March 31st (Monday) marked the final day to apply for health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act.

Riddled by an overload of users and technology delays, however, the HealthCare.gov website crashed again Monday morning.

As Team Leader Teri Timmerman at the Neighborhood Health Clinic explains, a circumstantial deadline extension has been put in place for applicants who have already attempted to apply, but have been unable to finish for any reason.

That deadline has not been determined for those individuals, but an initial date is set for mid-April.
