INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Two managers of a rental business near Camp
Atterbury are the subject of a federal indictment alleging they
made false claims to military investigators.

The indictment says Michael E. Bennett and Jeremy A. Kittle
helped service members present Pentagon accountants with claims for
more than $100,000 in false expenses. Both men are from Columbus,
Indiana.

Bennett and Kittle face maximum sentences of five years in jail
and fines of $250,000 each if convicted. Telephone messages seeking
comment were left Thursday with their attorneys in Louisville.

Camp Atterbury is about 20 miles south of Indianapolis and used
to train troops for combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.
