Motorcyclist Injured in Weekend Crash

NEAR ALBION, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Wawaka man is hospitalized in critical condition after wrecking his motorcycle in rural Noble County.

Police say 49-year old Bart Smolek lost control of his motorcycle in a dicth off County Road 300 North west of Albion. He was not wearing a helmet.

Authorities say alcohol was a factor in this crash. The investigation continues.
