Accused Child Molester Waves Extradition Back to Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, IN (Indiana's News Center)---Early Sunday morning Bobby Joe Flores, a Fort Wayne man was arrested in Kingston, New York on a charge that he sexually assaulted a one year old.

Detectives from the Allen County Sheriff's Department contacted the Ulster County Sheriff's Office in New York on the belief that Flores was in the area.

They found his location through cell phone records.
Around 2:00 Sunday morning, Ulster County Police found him in an apartment where he was arrested without incident.
He is now in Jail in Kingston, New York.

Flores has waved extradition back to Fort Wayne and the Allen County Sheriff's Department plans to have him back to face charges in the 10 days.
