Area School Score Well in State Marching Band Finals

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (Indiana's NewsCenter)--It was a huge day at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis Saturday, full of music and spectacle, pomp and precision.

The occasion was the ISSMA High School Marching Band State finals, forty of Indiana’s top high school bands in glorious competition including eight bands from northeast Indiana. In Class ‘A; competition Homestead High School came in fourth and Snider High School’s Mighty Panther Marching Band came in eighth.

In Class 'B' Dekalb came in seventh.
In Class ‘C’ Norwell came in third, Heritage came in sixth and Concordia clinched eighth place.
And in Class 'D' Woodlan High School came in seventh and Adams Central came in Ninth.

Congratulations to all the Northeast Indiana marching band finalists.
