FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Pregnant mothers attended a community baby shower Thursday night sponsored by MDwise, Lutheran Health Network, Parkview Health, CANI, Healthier Moms and Babies, Early Childhood Alliance and March of Dimes.
The "Healthy Baby, Healthy You" shower provided information on pregnancy related topics such as pre-term labor, safe sleeping and proper nution for expecting moms.
The event was part of a statewide initiative conducted by MDwise to educate expecting mothers on the importance of proper prenatal care.
