HARLAN, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Harlan residents meet with Allen County government officials as a new way of bringing the government to residents.
Tuesday night marked the first of a series of County Night Outs that the Allen County Government is holding in an open-house format to give citizens the opportunity to meet county officials to discuss programs and services.
