Help Locate the Paulding Road Walgreens Robbery Suspect (Photos and Security Video)

Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – Fort Wayne police are looking for the male suspect in connection to the armed robbery of the E. Paulding Road Walgreens in the evening of November 2, 2012.

Police report that the suspect entered the store, approached the cashier at the counter, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash from the register. The suspect then fled the store on foot. No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a being a black man, mid-thirties in age, approximately 6’5”; last seen wearing glasses, a ball cap, brown hooded sweatshirt, and black pants.

Investigators have obtained video footage from in-store surveillance and are seeking help from the public in identifying the suspect. Anyone knowing the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to contact the police at (260) 427-1222 or to use CrimeStoppers at (260) 436-STOP (7867). This incident remains under investigation with the City of Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
