ANGOLA, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A robbery goes swimmingly for the thieves but not so much for the homeowners.
The Steuben County Sheriff's Department say thieves broke in a home off South Old State Road One near Angola, stole a refrigerator and several other items. In the process, the burglars knocked water lines loose causing extensive water damage.
They say the home was up for sale and the first time the Realtor had been inside since Christmas was Sunday.
