NEW HAVEN, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A blueprint for renovating Highland Terrace Elementary and Heritage High School was laid out Tuesday night at the East Allen County school board meeting.
Architects adding a preschool facility to Highland Terrace are recommending that two additional classrooms be built because there simply isn't enough space.
Officials with East Allen Schools say that renovation will be paid for with money already set aside for capital projects.
Architects transforming Heritage into a K-12 school say they want to add an entire wing to house K-6.
The cost for all of that is still on the table.
