Bus Crash Lawsuit

Geneve Williams' 19-year-old son Tyler was one of the college players killed in the team bus crash last March.

Now, she filed a lawsuit against Bluffton University, the city of Atlanta, the company that made the bus and company that provided the bus and drivers for the Bluffton baseball team.

The bus was carrying the Ohio school's players to a tournament when it crashed.

The suit seeks unspecified damages.
