Graffiti Tagger Pleads Guilty

(Fort Wayne) - A member of two known graffiti gangs in Fort Wayne has pleaded guilty to two criminal mischief charges.

In exchange for19 year old Matthew Reina's plea, prosecutors dropped 18 other misdemeanor counts against him.

Prosecutors recommend Reina be sentenced to six years probabation, and be ordered to pay $8,400 to 11 businesses he vandalized.

Reina is scheduled to be sentenced December 7th.

Reina belonged to the gangs "Aerosol Warfare Kids" and "Night Kids," whose work has been posted on the internet.
