(Fort Wayne, IN)--A case of alleged unlawful conduct by a Fort Wayne city police officer has resulted in a claim filed against the city.
Lorie Squadrito says last month she and her boyfriend were questioned by Fricker's Restaurant staff about a missing picture.
The couple left, but a few hours later Squadrito claims two officers, one identified as Scott Morales, barged into their home, searched it without a warrant, handcuffed Squadrito and drove her back to Fricker's to be interrogated.
Squadrito has now filed a claim against the city for $300,000 in damages.
