120 Years For Man Who Sexually Assaulted A Woman In Front Of Her Child (VIDEO)

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- It took the jury less than 2 hours to find Michael Stafford guilty of a horrifying home invasion and sexual assault and the judge told him he didn't deserve compassion as he handed down a 120-year sentence.

In July of 2009, Stafford barged into a home and, using a butcher knife, forced a woman to perform sex acts before he tied-up her and her 2-year-old daughter. New evidence showed that Stafford tried to hire someone to kill the victim, to keep her from testifying at trial.

The victim says she still lives in fear.
