FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Professional artists from multiple genre will show off their talents this weekend at the Covington Art Fair.

The art fair runs Saturday and Sunday at Covington Plaza, and features metalwork, paintings and photography displays from 75 artists across the United States.

Fair organizers say artists submit their works months in advance, hoping to be selected for the Covington Art Fair. A jury of artists review the submissions, and invite artists to Fort Wayne.

Top displays win awards, including Best In Show, as determined by Charles Shepard, director of the Fort Wayne Museum of Art Museum.

Covington Art Fair runs until 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Covington Plaza, 6400 W. Jefferson Blvd.
