13-year-old Shot While Riding His Bike Saturday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A teenager continues to fight for his life after being shot while riding his bicycle Saturday night.

13-year-old Aquavion J. Manning of Fort Wayne was found at the intersection of Boltz & Warsaw Streets at 9:53 p.m. by police with a gunshot wound.

Manning was taken to a hospital in serious condition. He has since been downgraded to critical condition.

Witnesses tell police that Manning and another person were riding their bikes southbound on Warsaw Street when someone from a passing vehicle fired upon them. The dark-colored passenger car was last seen driving southbound on Warsaw.

No status was given on the other cyclist.

No arrests have been made; and police have no suspects.
