FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.indianasnewscenter.com) - The 2013 Fort Wayne City Budget passed and it does not include a property tax increase.
Originally, the proposed budget would have raised property taxes to make up for a $3 million shortfall. But last week, City Council decided to freeze property texes and use money from cash reserves to balance the budget.
