CHURUBUSCO, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Churubusco head football coach Lee Etzler will not return to the sidelines next season, multiple sources tell 21Alive sports.

Etzler announced his decision to Busco players on Thursday, sources say.

Churubusco athletic director Andrew Wagner says Etzler has not submitted a resignation as of Thursday night; and that Etzler is still head football coach.

Sources say though Etzler will no longer coach the Eagles, there are no plans for him to coach elsewhere.

Etzler is 85-40 in 11 seasons at Churubusco, and previously served as the school's athletic director.
