FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - What do you think when you see someone wearing "saggy pants" with their underwear showing?

It is not uncommon to see people wearing pants that they must constantly pull or hold up or use a belt around their thighs to keep the pants from falling off completely. The director of the Boys and Girls Club, a representative from Mayor Tom Henry's office and the IPFW men's basketball team joined forces to send an anti-saggy pants message to about 100 kids at the Fort Wayne Boys and Girls Club.

The community leaders explained to the kids how the trend of wearing saggy pants began in prison as a way for men to signal that they were looking for a relationship. The children were also surprised to find out that "sagging" is considered disrespectful to their parents because it reflects on how they were raised.
