FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -A Fort Wayne man has died after being shot Friday night; and his death has been ruled a homicide.
The Allen County coroner's office identified the victim as Ryan Dwayne Turner, 45, of Fort Wayne.
Fort Wayne police say Turner walked into the Sunoco gas station at 624 E. Lewis St. around 9:00, telling a clerk he had been shot.
Turner was taken to a hospital in serious condition. He was later downgraded to critical condition, and eventually was pronounced dead.
Investigators are trying to determine where the shooting happened.
Turner's death is the first homicide in Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2013.
There are no arrests or suspects yet, either.
