Woman Killed In DeKalb County Crash

WATERLOO, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - One person died in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in DeKalb County.

Witnesses tell police that Saralee Handy, 48, of Edon, Ohio, was headed northeast on SR 427 near CR 39, when she crossed the center line and collided with an on-coming pick-up truck driven by Thomas Suntken, 60, of Hamilton.

A third vehicle slammed into the rear end of Handy's car after the collision.

Handy died of her injuries.

Suntken suffered a compound fracture to his right leg.

The third driver, Glen Crawford, 44, of Angola, was not injured.
