ISP Investigates 6-Car Crash On I-69 (PHOTOS)

GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A portion of Interstate 69 was closed for about four hours Friday after a major crash.

Indiana State Police six cars were involved in the wreck near milemarker 268 in Grant County.

Five people were sent to the hospitals, including two children who were flown by helicopter to Fort Wayne hospitals.

State Police say two subsequent crashes happened in the traffic back-up behind the crash.

No conditions for any of the collisions were given.

I-69 was reopened around 8 p.m.
