Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Nigerian student accused of trying to blow up a plane over Detroit in 2009 with a bomb housed in his underwear, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to seven counts related to the incident, according to the Detroit Free Press.
Abdulmutallab is facing 30 years to life in prison, according to the Free Press.
