FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - Secretary of State Connie Lawson, R-Ind., made a series of stops in Allen County on Tuesday to give an inside look at her office.

Lawson visited students at Junior Achievement of Northeast Indiana, 601 Noble Dr., and at Heritage Jr./Sr. High School in Monroeville to teach them the importance of financial literacy.

She also spoke at the Anthony-Wayne Rotary Club Meeting at Pine Valley Country Club. She used that meeting to discuss voter registration and the state's crackdown on voter fraud.

Lawson says while the number of new voters who registered before the May 6 primary is down, the number of already registered voters changing addresses remains nearly the same.
