(Fort Wayne) - Police are investigating a fatal shooting on the city's southeast side.

One person died early this morning after they were shot at McKee and Wayne Trace around 10:30 Monday night.

Police have not released further details about the incident.

The victim was apparently shot in or near a car at a gas station at the intersection.
