DeKalb County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The DeKalb Humane Society has announced that they are over capacity and that 12 dogs must be adopted.

If anyone is interested in adopting any of the dogs, the DeKalb Humane Society says now is the perfect time with their adoption special: 1/2 price the regular adoption fee.
