Chester, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Several classic cars in southern Wells County are destroyed after a morning fire engulfed the barn the cars were being stored in.
The homeowner told police that he went out Monday morning and fired up the wood stove in the barn. A short while later the whole structure was seen burning.
At least eight classic cars were stored in the building including a 1968 Shelby.
Three cats also perished in the blaze.
It took five fire departments and 45 minutes to put out the fire.
