HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) - A judge has ordered that two southwest Ohio teens be held on $1 million bond and be tried as adults in the alleged torture attack on a mentally disabled woman.

Seventeen-year-old Cheyenne Blanton and 16-year-old Joseph Nagle, both of Hamilton, are accused of beating a 19-year-old Oxford Talawanda High School senior with a baseball bat, kicking her and shearing her hair during a robbery in February.

They appeared in Butler County Juvenile Court on Wednesday and
then were transferred to the county jail on adult charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, felonious assault and vandalism.

The case now goes to a grand jury.
