Trial Set for Accused Murderer

FORT WAYNE, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter) --- The woman charged with murdering an IPFW student appeared in court today.

36-year-old Tina Morris is charged with murder, felony murder, and auto theft in connection with the stabbing death of 22-year-old Liette "Lola" Martinez.

Her trial was set today for September 16th, but she will appear in court before that.

A status hearing will be held on June 3rd giving each side a chance to file motions.

Morris is being represented by attorney Anthony Churchward.
